Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nirvana Guest House, Beltola, Guwahati, we value our guests and understand that travel plans may change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled. By booking with us, guests agree to the following terms.


1. Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will not be eligible for any refund.

  • In case of a no-show, the advance payment will be fully forfeited.


2. Early Departure

  • If a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, the amount for the unused nights will not be refunded.


3. Group Bookings

  • For group bookings (more than 3 rooms), cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance for a full refund*.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.


4. Force Majeure

  • In case of natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions or other events beyond our control, refunds will be handled on a case-to-case basis at the discretion of the management.


5. Refund Method

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the same account or payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.


6. Non-Refundable Rates

  • Certain special offers or discounted rates may be marked as Non-Refundable at the time of booking. In such cases, no refund will be given under any circumstance.


Note: Nirvana Guest House reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Guests are encouraged to review the policy before making a booking.
