These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Nirvana Guest House, Beltola, Guwahati. By making a reservation or staying with us, guests agree to follow these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received as communicated at the time of reservation.
Guests are requested to provide valid identity proof (as per Government of India regulations) at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present their passport and valid visa.
Check-in time: 12:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Cancellations made 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations and no refund will be issued.
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful environment of the guest house.
Loud music, parties or any activity that disturbs other guests is strictly not allowed.
Illegal or unlawful activities on the premises are strictly prohibited.
Children are welcome under adult supervision.
Extra guests may be accommodated only with prior information and subject to availability of space. Extra charges may apply.
Up to 2 children under 6 years stay free in parents’ room on plan, without any extra bed.
Children 6-12 years stay in parents’ room on plan without any extra bed.
Any extra bed required for children under 12 years will be charged at the hotel’s extra person rate.
Children above 12 years and adults will be charged at the hotel’s extra person rate.
Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
Guests are requested to take care of the property and facilities.
Any damage or loss caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the guest.
Nirvana Guest House reserves the right to seek compensation for damages before check-out.
Nirvana Guest House takes reasonable care for the safety and comfort of guests, but will not be responsible for loss of valuables, money or personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their possessions.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow basic precautions.
The management is not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Limited parking is available for guests. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The management will not be responsible for loss or damage.
Facilities such as courtyard and common spaces are for the use of all guests. Please use them responsibly.
Cooking inside guest rooms is not allowed unless prior permission is given for extended stay arrangements.
Nirvana Guest House reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who does not comply with the terms and conditions or behaves in a manner that is unsafe or disturbing to others.
The management reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
By booking or staying at Nirvana Guest House, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
